All tours with transportation included have different schedules which will be notified in advance via WhatsApp or email, the pick up in Cancun are: any hotel in the hotel zone or in the city center, the meeting point is at Smart Oasis Urban . Playa del Carmen the meeting point is at Coco Bongo 5th avenue. If the tour is booked less than 12 hours in advance, the client has the obligation to contact via WhatsApp to request the transportation schedule. All tours may present additional fees and/or local taxes which are detailed in the description of the service and its itinerary, purchases made in craft and/or souvenir stores are the responsibility of the client and we have NO relationship with additional charges.
